Project: Online resume builder, Mobile version 

Background: 

This is a company that offers solutions for jobseekers and employers. They offer multiple services to help their clients reach the next level in their career paths. 

Goal: 

Increase the number of users that complete their resume on the mobile version. 

The problem: 

The user research results data shows that the number of users who complete the flow is greater on the desktop version than on mobile. Although both versions have the same flow and feature the same AI powered tool, the mobile version layout was too crowded in some sections, making it difficult to interact. 

My impact: 

I presented different approaches to improve the resume builder flow with the client. Iterations were made following the client’s feedback. Even though some layouts didn’t make it to the final version, the designs were gathered for future use on the desktop version.
